We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product images, colours, designs, descriptions and other product information are presented as accurately as possible.

Please note:

Colours may appear slightly different depending on photography lighting and individual screen/display settings.
Sarees described as handwoven or handcrafted may have minor variations or irregularities that are characteristic of the product.
Product-specific fabric, design and other details are provided on the relevant product page.

Customers are encouraged to review the complete product description before placing an order.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹).
The applicable product price is the price displayed on the product page/cart at the time of purchase.
Promotional prices or discounts may be available for selected products or orders.
Prices may change without prior notice, but changes will not affect an order that has already been successfully accepted and confirmed.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

5. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available only on eligible orders and locations.

Where COD is available:

A ₹100 COD fee applies.
The ₹100 COD fee is additional to the product/order value.
The applicable COD fee will be shown during checkout before the order is placed.
COD orders may be subject to order confirmation before dispatch.

6. Promotions & Discounts

From time to time, myFashion may offer promotional discounts.

Where a promotion is active, the applicable terms and conditions will be displayed on the website or during checkout.

Our current promotion is:

The discount is applied according to the conditions configured for the promotion at checkout.

Promotions may be changed, extended or withdrawn at our discretion.

7. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

After an order is placed, we may contact the customer to confirm order or delivery details, particularly for COD orders.

We reserve the right to cancel an order in circumstances including:

Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
Incorrect or incomplete customer information
Product availability issues
Delivery limitations
Orders that appear to be placed for fraudulent, abusive or suspicious purposes

If an order is cancelled after payment has been successfully received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Estimated delivery timelines within India are:

Metro cities: 3–5 business days
Other locations: 4–7 business days
Remote areas: Up to 8 business days

These are estimated delivery timelines and may vary due to courier delays, weather, public holidays, festivals, peak periods, incorrect addresses or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Our current return policy provides a 3-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible products.

A ₹150 return charge applies to approved customer-initiated returns, except for verified damaged, defective or incorrect products.

Sale or discounted products, gift cards and international orders are not eligible for return under the current policy.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including:

Logos
Text
Graphics
Designs
Videos
Other original content

belongs to myFashion or its respective rights holders and may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

myFashion will not be responsible for indirect or incidental losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, weather events, public holidays or other external disruptions.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability relating to a product purchase will be limited to the value of the relevant product/order.

You agree not to:
